I need inspiration, how about you? This is how I started this week—reconnect with Mother Nature and appreciate all the good things it can offer. Every day, I always look for motivation not merely passive but I prefer something active and productive. To be passionate to wait for a seed to germinate or sprout, a bud to bloom, an edible fruit to be consumed is synonymous to waiting for something you have desired to happen –something you have worked on with all your heart and mind, passionately.
For me, motivations or inspirations come in different forms. One of them is sticking to “better habits”, and gradually avoid the need “to be motivated”.
“If you plant the right seed in the right spot, it will grow without further coaxing.”
Big wins versus small wins. It does not mean a big deal as long as I am doing it in the right manner, behavior will just happen naturally, like a good seed planted in a good spot.
